Clinicals can often be a difficult area for a nursing instructor. So many students and so little time often makes it very hard to feel in control. Evaluating the student's underlying understanding of a clinical day's activity often seems impossible and paperwork can seem overwhelming. We've put together a few thoughts and ideas to try to help with these issues.
